Your tasks
• Supporting the Customer Experience Center (CEC) team in the planning and implementation of visits & events at the Schaffhausen site
• Ensuring requests for CEC visits are managed efficiently according to the guidelines
• Liaising with the local departments to set the dates within the agenda
• Ensuring meeting rooms and equipment is fully maintained
• Compiling statistics for monthly reports for the analytics

Your profile
• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, hospitality, trade show, convention, event management or similar degree/experience in a relevant field
• Well organized and able to work independently
• Motivated team player with good time management and a problem-solving mindset
• Good communication skills in English and German
• High stress resistance and flexibility
