In partnership with police services (both municipal and OPP), the Transitional Case Worker will assist the Huron Perth Helpline and Crisis Response Team staff with the intake, assessment, and support for individuals entering the “Safe Bed” home. The position will assist with day-to-day needs, resource information, connection and referral for individual clients experiencing crisis situations.
