Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Nagpur. As an Executive Chef at Paakshaala, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the kitchen's operations. Your day-to-day tasks will include menu planning, food preparation, managing kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and safety standards, and collaborating with other departments to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience working as a chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage and train kitchen staff
• Deep knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative mindset and ability to develop innovative and appealing menus
• Food safety and sanitation certification
• Degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred
