•Survey, consolidate and analyze the training needs for setting up annually training plan, implement training program, and etc.

•Plan, provide & deliver trainings plan i.e. OJT, internal & external training programs on time, run smoothly as plan

•Handle training delivery processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

•Coordinate & conduct & follow up internal, online training in Sika Learn & external training program & logistic matters with effectively.

•Regularly report on the training outcomes and evaluation summary as well as provide feedback and report to superior.

•Coordinate with internal and external parties on training and development related.

•Up-to-date and maintain employee’s training history record in system and skill development center on time and accurately.

•Send the invitation to participant to join training class as refer to the training plan / and call to follow up with employee.
