Main Purpose:

Oversees and manages the overall risk landscape of Econet Telecom Lesotho (Including SEFS), develops and implements a robust risk management strategy to safeguard the organization's interests, assets, and stakeholders. This role includes business continuity management, combined assurance model and it involves identifying, evaluating, reporting and overseeing the Company’s external and internal risks across various business functions, as well as formulating strategies to mitigate and manage these risks effectively while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.

• Strategic Planning and Development of Risk Management Framework:
• Participates in the development and implementation of ETL’s 3 to 5 year business strategy
