Responsibilities / Duties
• Dynamic & static Balancing
• Data collection & vibration analysis for rotary equipment
• Thermal imaging & thermography
• Lazer alignment
• Ultrasound
• Thickness gauge
• Routine inspection activities
• Routine lubrication activities
• Familiar with Vibration analyzer & vibration analysis of rotary equipment
• Familiar with rotating equipment Belt conveyors, Screw Conveyors, Bucket elevators, Centrifugal machines, gearboxes, pumps, compressors …etc
• Diploma or equivalent in a relevant area
• Minimum 4 years experience in Sugar refineries or other industries such as Cement, Steel , refinery, fertilizer ,…etc
• Ability to use hand tools and measuring devices
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Physical stamina to perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects More Detail
