Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Responsible for reducing R/1000 of all MIS concerns (3,12,24,26 & 64 MIS) for transmission /Transaxle/ AT /AMT by resolving concerns of passenger & commercial segment. Presenting dashboard of R/1000 & target status to senior leaders.

Root cause analysis of warranty concerns in XUV 300 / Xuv 700 / KUV 100 / Scorpio N /Scorpio / THAR for transaxle and transmission AT /MT .AMT

Basic knowledge of AT /AMT software and usage and flashing of software – RC analysis with supplier

Stack calculation and GD&T study for critical assemblies & gear train in Automobiles

XUV 300, MARAZOO, XUV 500 & KUV Transaxle quality responsibilities for testing and quality performance.

Surprise audit at manufacturing facilities in plant and at supplier end in view of improvements done to arrest failures & on-going quality. Lesson learnt deployment for good quality in existing as well as New coming product.
