That’s why we are seeking a like-minded Caregiver to join our Fergusson Rest Home located in Upper Hutt to work AM and PM shifts on a 4 days on and 2 days off rotating roster.

As a Caregiver at Bupa, you will work under the guidance and supervision of qualified nursing staff and management, to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents. You will be encouraged to develop deeper relationships with residents and their families, delivering the highest quality person first care to residents in line with their individual care plan.

Where You Will Make an Impact
• Provide personal care assistance with daily living, whilst treating residents with respect and dignity.
• Mobility assistance in accordance with resident care plans.
• Maintain accurate health care documentation as required.
