Based in Ennis, Co. Clare we now wish to recruit a Technical Support Technician to join the Technical Support team.

Reporting to the Technical Support Manager the 'Technical Support Technician' will be required to provide excellent customer service, via telephone and email, to resolve any customer queries/issues that may arise.

Responsibilities as a Technical Support Technician:

Provide Level 1 support in a timely fashion in relation to the use of Vitalograph devices and systems

Take ownership of investigation and resolution of issues/queries that may arise
