Overview

Creative Associates is seeking a Chief of Party (COP) to lead the anticipated USAID-funded Guinea Integrated Good Governance Activity (GIGGA), which will provide technical support to local government to improve decentralization service delivery in health, education, and economic growth. Also, the project will seek to strengthen the social contract between citizens and local government through participation, transparency, and accountability relationships. The COP will be responsible for overall vision and technical leadership and management of the project.

Responsibilities
• Oversee technical implementation and operational management of the activity.
• Supervise activity implementation and ensure the activity meets stated goals and reporting requirements.
