Position Summary: To increase flooring and surface products sales and market share in addition to achieving territory sales goals in accordance with annual business plan. This position also requires knowledge and understanding of sales, marketing and administrative duties as well as being a self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit. • Focus on the residential market: Kitchen & Bath Dealers and Flooring Retail Stores.
• Interface with Territory Manager in your territory to align strategy to gain market share in the residential market.
• Work with individual customers to support, guide and drive sales growth.
