Job Summary of and LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse): To provide quality of life and care to residents under the general supervision/delegation of a registered nurse according to established policies, procedure and standards of practice and care. To provide motivation and monitoring of staff performance. Essential Functions of an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse):• Performs initial data collection on all residents and follows up on date collection per GSLS policies and procedures.
