Starfish is looking for a Portfolio Planning & Scheduling Specialist to join an exciting project of work with one of our key clients in Wellington.

This role will be worked alongside other portfolio specialists, as well as programme and project professionals, ensuring all schedules are consistently documented and tracked with acceptable visibility of stage gates and lifecycle phases.

The Ideal Candidate Should Have
• Expertise in schedule modelling for new projects, including risk and dependency analysis.
• Proficient in critical path analysis and managing project timelines.
• Experienced in project sequencing and scheduling.
• Advanced reporting and Excel skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
