My client based in Stonehouse are currently recruiting within their Blow Moulding function for an Engineering Team leader to join the team. The Purpose of the role is to enable the team to deliver targets, continuously improve performance by coaching and developing and deliver engineering performance through people and process.

Key Responsibilities- Engineering Team Leader
• Motivation of engineering team through effective leadership and coaching and development of team
• Control of contractors & maintenance suppliers through effective performance reviews
• Eden apprentice mentoring
• Support Maintenance Excellence roadmap implementation plan for site
• Adherence to planned maintenance schedules through effective resource planning
• Adequate plant cover, as required, through effective resource planning
