Position: IT Support-IT Network Support & Change Engineer

Location: Molenstraat 60, Zwammerdam, NL

Working Hours: 32-40h/week

Work Location: You will work both remotely and on location with customers, maintaining a balanced split (50/50). Team Composition:

As an IT Network Support & Change Engineer, you'll be integral to our expanding support team at BAM Telecom. Collaborating with colleagues, you'll lead in managing IT-related incidents and changes.

Activities: Your role involves understanding customer needs, analyzing inquiries, and efficiently resolving them.
