Job Description

Preparing evaluating detailed project planning

Scheduling, resource planning

Preparation and evaluation of operating budgets including Profitability Cash Flow Statements

Preparing specific quality assurance control plans etc

Monitoring controlling the projects with respect to physical financial progress, time, cost, resource

deployment utilization,

Contract compliance and quality compliance,

Ensure execution of projects within the time amp; cost parameters.

Experience

15+ years of experience in Construction/Infrastructure Companies

Education

Degree/Diploma in engineering with relevant experience

PG Diploma in Project Planning/Construction Management

Key Skills

Essential: Working Knowledge in MS Projects, Primavera SAP.
