Duties/ Roles & Responsibilities –

· Lead and oversee a team of Branch Managers within the broking channel across the state, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and targets.

· Provide strategic direction and guidance to Branch Managers to achieve revenue targets through brokerage generation and profitability management.

· Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and support to Branch Managers to optimize their performance and drive business growth.

· Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for each branch, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans accordingly.

· Collaborate with other functional heads, including Sales, Operations, Compliance, and Risk, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of strategies.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, regulatory authorities, and industry associations, to enhance the company's reputation and market presence.
