Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Indore for a Seed Quality Control Manager. The Seed Quality Control Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the quality control processes for seed production and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. They will develop and implement quality control procedures, train and supervise staff, conduct inspections and tests, and maintain accurate records. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues and implement process improvements.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Agriculture, Biology, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of seed production processes and quality control standards
• Experience in conducting quality control inspections and tests
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards for seed production
