MISSIONS
• Find land, properties and villas for sale
• Negotiate terms and purchase prices with landowners and real estate agents
• Assess land and properties in terms of value, accessibility, location and environment
• Accompany buyers and sellers through all administrative and notarial procedures
• Ensure that real estate projects comply with local regulatory and environmental standards

Competitive salary + excellent commissions

SKILLS
• At least one year's experience in the same position
• Knowledge of land/village and certificate regulation
• Fluent in English and French
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team
• Ability to drive a motorcycle / scooter
• Residence in Bali, expatriate (visa provided by company) or Indonesian citizen
• Ability to negotiate in order to obtain the best prices and conditions for the purchase of land, properties and villas
