Starting ASAP until October 2024!

The role of the CDP

Working in a small team, you will be based at the only public pub/hotel on the Island. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, the menus are focused on providing high quality, home cooked, comfort foods using local produce!

Assistant Chef - Key Responsibilities
• Set up the kitchen ready for food preparation and service.
• Preparation, production and service of food to the standard required in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene standards and health and safety standards.
• Monitor cleanliness and good order of the kitchen/cafeteria.
