This key leadership role will oversee and and manage day-to-day operations of a dynamic and growing business. Primary objectives are to ensure that the company's operations run smoothly and efficiently, while also achieving strategic goals and meeting customer expectations.
• Effective and efficient manpower planning, ensuring all wages costs, are maintained at acceptable levels and within budget
• Lead and develop existing workforce, building a culture of high performance and ensuring a strong customer service awareness.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure the business is fully compliant in relation to Health & Safety, Quality Management Systems and HACCP
• Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating supply chain activities
• Ensure all BRC and similar quality standards within the food industry are part of the culture of the business
