Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Psychology Specialist. The Psychology Specialist will be responsible for conducting psychological assessments, providing therapy and counseling services, and developing treatment plans for individuals. This role is located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications
• Master's degree or higher in Psychology or a related field
• Valid license or certification to practice as a Psychologist
• Strong knowledge of psychological theories, assessment methods, and therapeutic techniques
• Experience in providing counseling and therapy to individuals with various mental health concerns
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and establish trust with clients
