For our client in Brussels we're looking for a Project Co-Ordinator

What You Do
• Working with remote site team, Establish project management process to visualize & assess requests.
• Approved IT&D procedure established and projects visualized in JIRA application
• Manage projects implementation and the transfer of support activities to daily business support teams at the end of projects.
• Approved IT&D procedure established with remote site services team & Computer center for project transfer
• Monitor & report performance of daily activities & projects of our support partners and to identify areas for improvement and encourage them to develop solutions
• JIRA application updated for remote site team activities
• Establish the current situation of hardware assets & implementation of a regular renewal program for hardware
• Using Service Now, accurate overview of Hardware assets across remote sites & make corrections where required
