1. HSEQ Communications – Conduct the required HSEQ Communications like Toolbox Talks, Safety Syndicate Sessions, Safety Standdown Sessions, LFI Communications and Induction & HSEQ Trainings at workplaces like workshop, warehouse, yard, site, terminal and among drivers.2. Spot Checks, Inspection & Walkabout – Carry out the spot checks and walkabouts as per the established KPIs. Surprise vehicle inspections and camp inspections as per the established frequency. Ensure all findings are closed on time.3. Incident Management – Play the ER team role in unlikely event of an incident and carryout the detailed investigation to identify the root causes and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
