Essential Job Functions : Manage multiple customer accounts, overseeing orders from receipt to billing / invoicing and facilitating communication throughout the process.

Engage in daily correspondence with customers via email, phone, or in-person interactions.Maintain data accuracy for order information within the third-party logistics (3PL) system.

Coordinate communication between Operations and customers regarding orders, issues, and changes.Collaborate with Sales, Facility Management, and Operations Supervisor to ensure successful service delivery and operational efficiency.

Generate and provide customer performance reports, both internally and externally, using key performance indicators (KPIs).
