As a Store Trainer, you would influence business results through the effective delivery of onboarding new Beauty Consultants. Through training sales techniques, product knowledge, and process knowledge for the team and individuals. Your job would create a positive learning environment/ culture in the store.

What Would Be Your Role
• act as a Store Trainer (80%) & act as a Beauty Consultant (20%)
• act as a partner for the Store Manager and Area Retail Trainer
• deliver/ facilitate one-to-one, classroom, meeting, and in-store training
• maintain updated records of training Score cards of staff performance
• advise Beauty Consultants on how to upsell products and services
