The ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter who is capable of working cross-functionally on the planning and the implementation of real estate marketing projects. You will need to display versatility in order to handle ad-hoc projects and campaigns as assigned.

Responsibilities
• Assist in implementing marketing and PR campaigns.
• Create graphic design materials in compliance with the Sotheby's International Realty standards.
• Create social media content, calendars and schedule publications.
• Knowledge and understanding of target audience to create content accordingly.

Qualifications
• Currently living in Los Cabos area.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications or equivalent
• Minimum experience of 3 years in a similar position.
• Advanced English (copywriting).
• High skills in writing and editing in both, Spanish and English.
• Adobe Creative Suite knowledge.
• Creativity, good communication and problem solution skills.
