Job Responsibility
• Supervised outlet operations and led staff members.
• Managed customer interactions and addressed complaints effectively.
• Ensured the seamless functioning of the outlet.
• Executed diverse duties as required.

Job Requirements
• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the retail or hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team and interact with customers.
• Knowledge of inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and maintaining adequate inventory levels.
• Ability to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and cleanliness standards.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, such as using point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office applications.
