The Draftsman Team Lead is responsible for managing and mentoring a team of designers, as well as overseeing the design process from start to finish. They collaborate with the engineering team to ensure that the design team’s work is aligned with the company’s overall strategy.

Responsibilities

· Experienced in plant design with Cad Plant 3D / Advance steel / Naviswork.

· Design management from 3D concept to detail design and shop drawing.

· Ability control design system and provide support for IT in setup data/template.

· Overseeing and managing the creative process of a project, from concept to completion.

· Understanding project standard/specification and apply into the design and engineering work.

· Coordinating with Engineers and other team members to understand requirements and to ensure designs are feasible and functional.
