Job Description:

The Process and Systems Specialist is responsible for providing support to Canada Operations on the processes, systems, and tools, that are enabling HR delivery.

PURPOSETo improve employee experience through supporting complex HR Process and Systems queries

To provide process & system expertise to the team across the HR model

To resolve end to end HR queries, handle Workday-SAP integration & reconciliation errors, knowledge management, capability building, project & systems implementations/changes support.
