Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Coach at FBK Balkan located in Malmö. The Head Coach will be responsible for leading and managing the team, coaching players, developing game strategies, and coordinating practices and games. The Head Coach will also collaborate with other coaches, scouts, and the team management to ensure the success of the team.

Qualifications
• Strong coaching and leadership skills
• Experience in developing game strategies and coordinating practices and games
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire players
• Knowledge of the sport and its rules
• Experience working with athletes at different levels of the sport
• Experience in team management and collaboration with other coaches and team management
• Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Coaching, or related field
