About The Job

You will be a part of a large international team responsible for Talent Acquisition for Danone in the Netherlands, and within this you will be part of the smaller team of 5, Campus Recruitment and Employer Branding team. Your focus will be on the recruitment and engagement of interns where you will have a lot of ownership and responsibility.

So, what will your main responsibilities be?
• Managing multiple intern recruitment processes from beginning to end (job intake with the hiring manager, writing engaging & appealing job ads, screening CV’s and managing the communication between candidates and future line managers);
• Being the main contact person for the newly hired interns (providing them with guidance, onboarding information etc.);
• Co-own with the other campus recruitment intern the Intern Engagement Calendar, managing monthly community building activities (such as lunches and workshops) and creating new concepts to help interns get to know each other and... More Detail
