Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Factory Manager - Apparel at one of our clients located in Galle. The Factory Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing production schedules, supervising staff, ensuring quality control, and implementing process improvements. The Factory Manager will also collaborate with other departments to meet manufacturing targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
