Real Community Services are currently looking for Support workers to join our Maroochydore team at Nambour to provide high-quality in-home support and community access support to our NDIS participants.

We are looking for dedicated team members who are wanting to make a positive difference in people’s lives, who are looking for a challenging and fulfilling career and who are adaptable, resilient and able to problem solve.

As a Support worker for Real Community Services, you will be supporting people who have complex and challenging disabilities to live independently as well as achieving their goals and have a more valued role within their community.
