Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Manager at The Borgo in Ludhiana. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance. The role will also involve developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee benefits and compensation, and providing HR support to all levels of staff.
