This is a full-time on-site role as a Digital Marketing Manager at Mazuta Group in Surabaya.

Descriptions
• Focus on the development of product marketing as well as launching of products.
• Create, develop, implement and execute strategic marketing plans for the organization and track the sales and marketing performance metrics to reach the business targets.
• Demonstrate a high understanding of current and future digital development to improve the digital marketing including SEO/SEM, and display advertising and to measure and report the performance and assessment against the goals (KPI)
• Leverage the marketing budget and resources to aid in reaching established KPIs
• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with our company's goals and objectives.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing (retail industry is preferred)
