An exciting opportunity has arisen to join CHS as a Housing Officer in our General Needs Housing Team, covering a patch of approximately 350 rented and shared ownership properties across Cambridgeshire.

Hybrid working and minimum 1 day per week at our Head Office in Histon, as part of the office team rota, plus regular housing patch visits.

What you’ll do

In this highly responsible and varied role you will be at the heart of CHS activity. You will deliver a first class service to our customers by carrying out regular weekly visits to your housing patch. Dealing with all aspects of tenancy and estate management you will ensure that homes are let efficiently and fairly, work to maximise rental and service charge income, deal with cases of anti-social behaviour and support our customers to meet the terms of their tenancy agreement.
