Job Title: Health, Safety & Quality Manager

Location: Head Office/Site

Report to: Operations Director

Role summary:

The HSQ Manager is responsible for ensuring the safe running and quality of ALL live projects. The role is required to carry out regular site inspections and integrate with the site team in order to identify current and upcoming risks to the business.

Requirements of the Role;
• Site inspections, reports and ongoing follow up visit. Inspections to be carried out fortnightly and reports issued to Operations Manager and Lead Project Manager. More frequent inspections may be required in the event of a high risk activity as set out in item 12.
• Site photos to be taken during each survey, not just of risk areas but also of site progress generally. Photos to be issued separately with each report.
• Management of Site and Operative Company Standards, inc PPE. To be agreed with Director and form part of the site inspection.
