We are introducing a Commercial Manager to our Team at Alcester to provide more capacity within the Business Development function, as we continue to grow and develop the business.

Key role responsibilities:
• Alongside the Engineering & Product Quality Manager, provide leadership, support development, and manage capacity of cross functional team.
• Alongside the Demand Manager, closely monitor the orderbook and be able to articulate trends and drivers
• Define and implement pricing strategies on new and existing product
• Investigate performance of existing products to verify profitability, creating an action plan to address gaps.
