Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Car Rental Agent at Sololia car rent. As a Car Rental Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers with car rental services and ensuring a smooth rental process. This includes providing information about rental policies and procedures, assisting customers with vehicle selection, processing rental agreements, coordinating vehicle pick-up and return, and addressing any customer queries or concerns. This role is based in Addis Ababa, with flexibility for some remote work.
