Reporting to the Country Sales Manager he/she will be responsible for achieving sales targets (volume and margin) for the relevant order acquisition plan. Work independently and pro actively to grow the business and develop new opportunities. Relevant industry experience is needed and Engineering background is welcomed.

Main areas of responsibilities , but not restricted to,:
• Identifies client requirements and work withCountry Sales Manager to develop solutions, offers and costs;
• Support Country sales organization in achieving the Sales and operational Targets at regional level and at customer level;
• Order Acquisition ownership, leads contract negotiation and definition with the support of the Country Sales Manager;
• Support Order Execution, lead relations for improving customer satisfaction, managing change management negotiation and account receivable;
