About The Team

You’d be joining Riverside Acceleration Capital (RAC), a fund that makes growth capital investments into expansion-stage enterprise technology companies in North America and Europe, across a wide range of end-markets. Our investments are tailored to meet the needs of each company, and we use multiple forms of capital to accomplish that: RAC revenue share makes non-dilutive investments in companies with $2+ million in recurring revenue and growing, and RAC Opportunity Fund makes minority, preferred equity investments in companies with $5-$50 million in recurring revenue and 25%-100%+ growth. Our current team of 15 is based in New York, Cologne, and San Franciso.
