• Contacting customers to entice them with the benefits of our services.
• In-depth analysis of customer needs to present them with the most enchanting product.
• Guide clients by phone in choosing the most sensational assistance insurance, from cancellation insurance to medical and technical assistance.
• Answering questions with flair, both in writing and on the phone, and spotting commercial opportunities (care and after-sales where necessary).
• Be responsible for close follow-up of quotes.
• Transform the customer database into a sparkling source of up-to-date information.
