We are looking for the candidates who have good experience in Operation Department from Injection Molding Plant.

Position: Injection Molding Manager

Department: Operation

Location: Chakan, Pune

Industry: Automotive Industry (preferably Injection Molding parts for automotive and white goods applications)

Experience: 10-12 Years

Job Purpose: To bring continuous Improvement in overall plant operations and meet the operational budgets of production, quality and safety.

Responsibilities

Production Management:

1. Ensure monthly achievement of Budget, Production, inventory, WIP target with optimum use of Resources of Man, Machine, Materials etc

2. Drive production-related initiatives & ensure reduction in production cost and product rejection.

3. Minimize scraps/wastage at various stages of the production process.

4. Control of Supply chain, Planning and Inventory control to ensure no delivery failure as per customer schedule.
