Senior Training and Development Officer

1. Arrange orientation program and on-the-job training for newcomers.
2. Survey analyzes training needs and follow up training feedback and result for evaluation and report.
3. Arrange training course both internal training and public training as planned and both ad-hoc and according to the plan
4. Training record on system and report for training result; training expense and employee name list to Department of Skill Development (DSD) within timeline.
7. Work with the line manager to identify competency gaps and design or select training courses that fit the individual staff or target group
8. Organize learning and development events and knowledge management project
9. Stay up to date with all modern training techniques and communication technologies
