Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the operations of our fashion house. The Operation Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of all departments, from production to customer service. This role requires a strong ability to manage a team, create & implement processes, enforce policies, quality control products and ensure a smooth running operation.

Responsibilities
• Lead and motivate a team of fashion professionals, including tailors, customer service officers, administrative staff etc
• Set performance goals, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the department.
• Create and manage budgets for the production team
• Monitor expenses and work to achieve cost-efficiency.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to production
• Maintain optimal stock levels to meet customer demand.
