To drive and implement Lean activities in order to promote continuous improvement and mentality in the organization.

Responsibilities:
• manufacturing operation and supply chain by Lean concept.
• with leadership to develop C.I. Roadmap, driving breakthrough or Best-in-Class performance that balances resources between internal efficiency and external customer-focused effectiveness projects through 1. Lean Implementation projects. ,2. Just Do It improvements, 3. Six Sigma projects.
• manufacturing data or process information, work with team and Assists Process Owners in identifying barriers to project success and helps to drive changes for solve complex problems and prevention actions.
• Lean training for continuous improvement, problem solving, data analysis, etc
• results and provide management report, present to management and team.
• Lean activity, both facilitate and perform lean projects.
