WeligamaWe are searching for a talented Front Office Manager to lead front desk team and ensure seamless guest experiences at our client’s stunning beachfront property in Weligama.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all front desk operations, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and concierge services
Lead and mentor a team of front office staff to deliver exceptional customer service
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
Ensure accuracy in billing, payments, and room assignments
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate guest services and resolve issues effectively
Requirements:
Previous experience in a front office management role within the hospitality industry
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in hotel management software and reservation systems
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
