Job Description:

- Responsible for all operational aspects of initiatives within the organization, including establishing strategic plan and goals by identifying end-to-end product operations management, customer monitoring needs and feedback, and success rate program by working with product, operations, technical, and engineering teams
• Fully responsible for key technical issues, and prioritize product change requests based on issue volume, members impacted, revenue impact, and other relevant metrics.
• Responsible for an important role in planning and implementing product operation processes according to SOP standards, for the development, efficiency, and revision of product features
• Management of a team of full-time expertise to deliver on critical elements of Product Quality monitoring and execution
• Managing a large contingent workforce for bugs and routing to technical and product teams, including SLAs, quality and capacity management
