Job Description

Role Purpose

This role requires technical excellence having good market insight to support commercial & technical development in Pakistan. Develop close liaison with R&D and marketing team to help in planning and launching of NPI. Lead as a technical expert to bring sustainable solutions to meet long term customers’ needs. Identify new technologies to develop integrated solutions to address grower problems.

Territorial Business Accountabilities
• Identify portfolio gaps for key field crops and vegetables & provide proposals
• Keep close liaison with R&D team to build understanding on new developments of Syngenta
• Manage successful pre-launch demonstrations in coordination with sales & commercial teams
• Manage pre-launch field days with the help of sale team at successful demonstrations
• Keep close contact with R&D colleagues to get technical assistance
• Develop & execute plans as per agreement with line manager
